Our Caregivers, or Personal Care Aides, support patients with difficulties completing basic tasks, like people with disabilities, the elderly or patients suffering from mental disorders. Their main duties include administering medications, helping patients complete personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, eating or grooming and following the patients’ prescribed healthcare plan.

Caregiver Requirements:

  • Must pass a criminal background checkMust have a valid driver’s license, preference for those with reliable transportationWillingness to Learn: No college degree required, but must be teachablecomplete the required caregiver-training program within 90-days of their first assignment.Every Caregiver is required to be First Aid and CPR Certified within 90-days of hire and keep it from expiring going forward. All employees agree to seek out education that enhance their skills and help them grow in their career development.Every Caregiver is required to complete at least 12 hours of ongoing training each year.

We help seniors enjoy their final years in their homes. As a caregiver, you’ll work with 2-3 seniors, one at a time. You’ll participate in fun activities like art, games, reading and music, plus tasks like housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and other personal care related activities.
