Alexandria Adekunle
CEO
Alexandria S. Adekunle appointed CEO of TNHC has over a decade of healthcare of experience. She brings her well-established background in healthcare and diversity with hopes of providing quality care to patients.
As a student, Alexandria was inducted into the Society of Distinguished Black Women before attaining a B.S. in Biology from Langston University. Alexandria is currently a health professional, having graduated from Mississippi College with a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences.

COO
Ricard Kelly, COO of TNHC. He brings his management skills and background in overseeing the day to day administrative and operational functions.

Consistency
- Staff will follow each Care Plan and make sure that each client gets the same first-rate level of care every visit.
- Staff will always accurately record the “Start Time” and “End Time” using the timekeeping system set forth by TNHC.
- Each employee makes it a priority to be on time to every shift and understands that excessive tardiness is unacceptable to TNHC standards.
- TNHC makes every effort to maintain consistency with our placement of Caregivers in your home.
Honesty & Integrity
- Employees will be honest with all clients.
- All information in the Care Plan is strictly confidential and will not be shared with others outside TNHC.
- Staff will never take advantage of clients in any way.
- Staff will always strive to fulfill the responsibilities outlined in each client Care Plan.
- Staff will document completed tasks each day at the end of every shift.
- Caregivers will never solicit TNHC clients for private care.

Personal Assistance Services (PAS)
We supports the ongoing care and activities of daily living required by an individual.
Day Activity & Health Services (DAHS)
Day Activity and Health Services facilities offer up to 10 hours of daytime care.
Residential Care (RC)
Residential Care provides a 24-hour living arrangement in a licensed facility
Primary Home Care (PHC)
Personal care service for eligible individuals with health limitations, provided by attendant.
Assisted Living Facility (ALF)
We provide individualized health and personal care assistance in a homelike setting
